Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.

Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $5.99 via USPS First Class or UPS Ground.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

During high-demand periods — including product launches and promotional events — processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands) or internationally, though we are working to expand.

If you are located outside the US, please sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly at:

  • USPS: usps.com/tracking
  • UPS: ups.com/tracking
  • FedEx: fedex.com/tracking

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at the email address on our Contact page.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Overnight options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property. If your package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

Stolen packages: Luxeglow is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen. We recommend requesting a signature confirmation for high-value orders or having your order delivered to a secure location. Please contact your local post office or file a police report if needed.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged items and email them to us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

If your order has already been shipped to an incorrect address, we are unable to redirect it. In this case, you may need to place a new order. Luxeglow is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order was damaged or incorrect. For full details on our return and exchange policy, please visit our Returns Policy page.
